MAGENTO DEVELOPER

Upgrade your Magento skills  to international standards. The candidate must have a passion for software development to join the technology team. In this role you will build enterprise-level applications and services while working closely with various product teams using agile methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science from a recognized University with experience as a senior level position in general web development
• Excellent knowledge of Magento, having used it on previous ecommerce sites, especially in Magento extensions development
• Experience in building themes on Magento platform and able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Magento layout system
• Knowledge in HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery and able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Magento layout system
• Expert knowledge and experience in PHP and MySQL
• Experience in RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with a version control system such as SVN or Git
• Should have experience in Magento 1 and 2
• Good organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks.
